Astana — March 14, 2025. The "Beles" Center for Analysis and Strategy continues to strengthen its position as an architect of Kazakh-Chinese expert cooperation. On March 14, the Research Institute (NLSTC RI), established by our Center, became a key co-organizer of the strategic session "International Dialogue: Spring in China".
The event was held in partnership with the Embassy of the PRC in Kazakhstan and the China Media Group (CMG).

The main task of our Institute at this event was to saturate the agenda with high-quality analytics. While diplomats discussed the political results of the "Two Sessions" (NPC and CPPCC), experts affiliated with the "Beles" Center shifted the dialogue to the practical plane of the economy.
Scientific Supervisor of the NLSTC RI, Professor Meiram Kazhyken, presented a fundamental report "The Middle Corridor in the Focus of Interests of the RK and the PRC".

"Decisions on economic modernization adopted in Beijing open a window of opportunity for attracting investments to Kazakhstan's transport infrastructure. Our task is to synchronize the development of the TITR route with China's new export plans," noted the speaker from our Institute.
Thanks to the organizational efforts of our team, the platform brought together key stakeholders:
- Han Chunlin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the PRC (political track).
- Shen Haixiong, President of CMG (media track).
- Serik Irsaliyev, President of PA "Beles".
- Deputies of the Mazhilis and Senate of the Parliament of the RK (legislative track).

The participation of the "Beles" Center (through the RI) in organizing the event brought not only image-related but also practical fruits:
- Agreement on Personnel: The leadership of the China Media Group (CMG) expressed readiness to accept students and young analysts for internships at their headquarters.
- Global Reach: The effectiveness of our platform was confirmed by the coverage of the event on the main TV channels of the PRC — CCTV and CGTN, which broadcast the position of Kazakhstani experts to a multi-million audience.
The past event confirmed the status of the "Beles" Center as an "intellectual operator" capable of organizing high-level dialogue. We are creating infrastructure (RI) that allows Kazakhstan to discuss the development agenda on equal terms with leading world powers.
